Lightweight folding bike without chain

More and more bicycle brands are switching to a belt drive, but for STRIDA folding bikes this is nothing new. For more than 30 years STRIDA riders have been enjoying the advantages of a bike without a chain. A few strong points in a row:

• No oil, so no stains:
  When you fold up the bike or while cycling, you’re sure to stay clean of oil on your clothes or hands.
• No rusting chain:
  No rust and therefore no bad influence on other parts of the bike.
• Very strong and weatherproof:
  winter and summer is no problem for this type of drive.
• Lasts a long time:
  The chain is made of Kevlar and steel wire and therefore lasts many years.
• Comfortable cycling:
  no loud noise from steel parts
